"Organizations are perfectly designed to get the results they get," is often the first level of understanding required to reconcile the current business results when they are no longer favorable or are insufficient to meet the needs of the stakeholders. Improvement begins with an examination of history and the current reality of the organization.

Through Eagles Eyes uses a multi-angle approach. We conduct an Organizational Analysis and a Customer Loyalty Survey® to determine the level of commitment and loyalty of both external and internal customers. Concurrent to this process, we begin small group meetings with all stakeholders in the organization to examine the viewpoints and issues of the organization. This examination includes internal and external factors, S.W.O.T. analysis, regulatory, and a people systems review.

Working with the key stakeholders, we identify the results needed and a vision of the future. This examination includes enterprise systems, reward systems, human resources systems, business information systems, flow of information processes, and the distribution of authority and power within the organization.

Once armed with the full assessment of the culture and history, Through Eagles Eyes, works to identify the gaps between current reality and a future vision with the senior leadership of an organization. Plans are then developed to begin to close the gaps through organizational redesign processes. This is supported through coaching and training of the key drivers and power stakeholders to bring about the changes necessary.

Change only occurs when the top leadership is fully committed to the new design. The management of the change process is a significant reason for organizational redesigns to succeed or fail. Through Eagles Eyes bring hands on change management processes to fully engage the people of the organization to embrace the future reality. Our coaching and support continues throughout this process to assure that organizational commitments are followed to bring about real and lasting change.
